This company has been stringing us along since early March! They guaranteed 7-10 days for tile arrival. Still nothing first week in April. Every time we call. They say the same thing, the supplier is very busy. We are all busy, take a minute and find our where our tile is. You have a lot of our money and we have NO TILE!Make sure the tile is in stock or they have the ability to ship now before you give them any money! Still waiting!

We purchased tile a few years ago and I still think back about their customer service. It was a different experience that I had with another local tile shop. It was extremely refreshing. I recommend them when ever I hear someone starting a tile project and any renovations in my home I will be going straight to Bella Casa.
